Hi Ditechite,

thanks for your video. Can you explain how the height-adjustment works, as this is not described anywhere at ergotron.

Is the height adjustment flexible, or do you have to use tools to fix the height?

@herrminni Hello, and thanks for watching!

Height adjustment is actually very simple. You'll notice that there is a circular button between the second and third piece of the arm. You have to press that and then the arm should be free to move up and down (you may need to lift the third part and press the button at the same time to free it). Once you have found the desired height, let go of the button, then slightly drop and/or raise that part until you know that its locked.

very solid mount, but it did not work for me. I was not able to move it from side to side in order to show clients screen... I returned it and go ti 7 flex innovative products mount, its great! The ergotron looks good but if you need mobility its not the best. If you need a fixed position and probably just some decent but limited adjust movements, this is the one for you!
