@4Algerian these are the myths of politics,"wait for the west to decide,then you'll be enlightened".That time is gone now,i believe it is time you believe in what your society could do.Well it is as simple as this the people who made a revolution can do another one,the martyrs blood is still there.One more thing what we write on here could give others some support to pave their way,so let us be a bit optimistic.

@srtb2freetunisie I doubt it very much that you took part in anything besides sitting on the sofa and plugged on BBC 24! by the way do you beleive that there is a democracy in the UK ? since you appear to live there?
Best regards

@4Algerian not blinded mate,i know what i'm talking about.Personally,i've been in the crowd in tunisia ....so i'm not only hopeful.All the scene in there is a gradual transition made by tunisians no one else....wonder if you are taking part in the Algeria protests.Anyway good luck in your PROPAGANDA.

@srtb2freetunisie .. Hello are you able to read what I wrote? this is just a proof you're completely blinded by too much hope
-
@srtb2freetunisie I didn't say wait for the west to decide, what's happening is already part of a decision they already made.. I'm not preventing you from being optimistic, but reality will turn up into an illusion and disappointment.

@srtb2freetunisie Be patient and you will see the things unfolding in front of your eyes.
it will be al clear to you, I can't explain what is obvious, you ought to read the messages coming from the US and Europe.
Best regards

@4Algerian how did you manage to get to this conclusion brother?I do welcome your view by the way.

@srtb2freetunisie sorry but I'm afraid to say you're very naive indeed

"You know little of Russian history and how bad Stalin was."
Stalin had been dead 38 years when you were born, I was 16 when he died. I am quite aware of his atrocities.
"You know little of Russian history and how bad Stalin was."
Ah, so you read minds - Cyrillic as well? Do you know who "The Five" were, who Pushkin was, or Prokofiev? Have you ever sung a Saint Basil Liturgy? Well, I do and I have. All before I was your age of 19.
So, please watch it with the ad hominems.
Trust me mate,you got it all wrong.You do need to study the society structure first in the arab countries and decide wether revolutions make a difference when they happen.As a matter of fact the tunisian revolution has already given its fruits as well as egypt.There are good societies and bad ones,the good ones tainted with sheer corruption:drugh etcc like in mexico will bring nothing but more chaos...the decent real and genuine ones will liberate and improve people,tunisia,egypt.A+++++++++++++

@srtb2freetunisie
Lets hope you are right. Im fully in support of the people in these countries. From what we see in other African countries, and what happened in Iran...Im not so sure.

"people get the govt they deserve", crab mentality, etc.
living in the Philippines most of my life gave me that kind of outlook as well. And our 2 countries share a lot of the same problems, culture, and history. but what i've come to realize is that things are getting better.. very very very slowly, things are getting better. people in my generation are more liberal, more conscious, and have a more global perspective. these people give me hope.

@mykeBC
Lets hope they are. It doesnt seem so clear in Mexico.
That also may indicate that I would be at least partially right. True change comes form the evolution of the people, the new generations taking important steps. Not from some overthrow of one single government.
