Coyote trying to eat my dog

I went riding over the weekend with my dog. We were going down the trail when we saw a coyote. My little border collie took off after it! I got my phone out in time to get a short video...but we should have just left because we ended up getting surrounded by FIVE of them...and they attacked my dog. Had to load her onto my horse and carry her home!!!

SIDE NOTE: first of all i would like to make something very clear: i was three blocks from my house. i had no idea there were coyotes in the area, and at that, these were really small. smaller than my dog. that is why i filmed it, because i didn't think they could do me any harm. i love my dog - she's like my kid and would never knowingly put her in danger...so for those of you who are saying i am bad owner - shut your damn mouths and find a freaking life aside from saying nasty things on youtube about people you don't even know.

aside from that - lesson learned, i don't go out that way anymore.
