@MAFjournal it works the posterior chain, specifically the hams and glutes. Of course, to properly execute, you need a stong core to stabilize.

Exelent move and very well performe...i don´t see the problem as long as your focus more on your core...lower back and abs contracted...the harmstring will work by it self!!! well done. will have a go at it!
