So I am the only that is aware of jobs becoming scarce. Companies laying off and low salaries. Credit card debt at all time high. Tight credit from the banks as well as commodities like gas clothes food at outragous pricing. Face it people are BROKE these days. A lot of the 450k houses were not worth over 125k to begin with

Thanks for your comment. Simple economics...Buy low....Sell high=profit. Same goes for the stock market, or anything else for that matter. I agree with you about the economy. If it were going gangbusters, the real estate bargains discussed here would not exist. However at present, there are some fantastic buys out there. As far as the 450k home not being worth 125k, if you know of any 450k homes for sale for 125k, let me know...I have people lined up to buy it Thanks again for your comment.
