Looks like Ronnie Lane's Airstream-based mobile studio. The Who used it to record parts of Quadrophenia as the control room wasn't finished at Ramport. A group of us were working on it by day and the Who were playing in it by night.

Yes, it's the house of Tony Stratton Smith (Luxford House in Crowbridge, Sussex). Quite a nice place to stay and record.
