WOW! Patrol #4

The City of Dallas recognizes employees who go beyond their job descriptions to provide outstanding service to external and internal customers. In this WOW Patrol visit, City manager Mary Suhm thanks David Sievwright from Storm Water Management. David's colleague was preparing to present an educational workshop to industry leaders when she fell out. Although he had just returned to work after having had major surgery himself, David setup the session and did the presentation in her place, without being asked. Now that is City of Dallas commitment and teamwork at its best!
