Johnny Carson and Ahmet Ergeron: Two people the human race will never, ever see again (and I think Barry Manilow is getting there). Jim Forbes (the announcer for "Behind the Music") made two mistakes in that piece: First, the date from Bette's first Tonight Show appearance was November 1972 (not July 1970) and he should of called Johnny Carson "The King of Television". Because that's what I think he was.
