Obey evil government?

Are we to submit to the evil rulers of the land? According to almost all pastors and preachers today we are. They quote the apostle Paul in Romans 13:1-7 and 1Peter 2:13. Are they right, or do the pastors of today mis-apply what Paul was saying? I could go into more about this here, but this is all covered fairly well in these two articles:

According to Romans 13:1, God ordained the Constitution to be the supreme law of the land in America. However, it does not ordain the federal government to be her Caesar. On the contrary. It ordains "We The People" as her sovereignty. Therefore, God has ordained us as His civil magistrates, to be His ministers for good. And has given us His sword of justice. We elect representatives to do good. But when they do evil, it is our responsibility to recall them, and elect new ones who will do good !

Compare the TRUE teachings of Christ with the FALSE teachings attributed to the self-proclaimed 13th apostle Paul: Matthew 9:13 & Matthew 18:15-17 with 1 Corinthians 5:1-5; John 20:21, Psalm 16:10 & Micah 4:3-4 with 1 Corinthians 15:50; Matthew 5:17-20 with Romans 8:2. 1 Cor. 2:16 & Romans 7:25 -- Paul claims to have the mind of Christ (a lie) and yet he says he serves sin in the flesh. Mind of christ & yet serves sin--wake up sheeple. Pauline Christianity is anti-Christ doctrine.

@rouncole1 Romans 13 DOES SAY obey and submit to ALL governing civil authorities AND all Christian religious authorities. Repeated again in Hebrews 13:17. The writings attributed to the self-proclaimed 13th apostle Paul are not of God. People need to get past the notion that the writings in the Bible were all chosen by God. Ethiopian Orthodox bible 81 writings. Protestant bible 66 writings. Catholic bible includes writings excluded in Protestant bible.
