Rory visits Evert Tennis Academy Summer 2009 www.fogdogvail.com

Rory started with us this summer and was a pretty raw player.

The academy begins at 7:15am for many kids and runs until 3:30pm. Rory chose to stay after 3:30pm to take lessons which included working from the service line - where we worked on the unit turn - the base line - unit turn and footwork - volleys, and serves. After all these were practiced we put it all together and simulated points.

Working hard and being patient will pay off for Rory in the end.

Keep up the good work my friend oh, and pay no attention to the haters. Ean, one of the Evert coaches, always says you can be a chicken or an eagle. I am glad you have chosen to choose soaring like an eagle instead of eating crap off the floor as chickens do.
