So all laptops can be dropped, frozen, submerged in water... But does it work AFTER the testings? They need to show to consumers. They showed the screen for the water test, but my sub $1k fujitsu worked even during rain..
XT2XFR = Genius, Have one of these, has taken 6 Foot Drops, dropped down 12 stairs, and snow/rain covered more then once, not a scratch, ding, dent or otherwise harmfull effect. Simply and Truly AMAZING!
I have the XFR and it sucks... Dell xfr is the worst computer ever, has cost me 10.000 usd and several lost contracts/workhours/clients/projects and all my fxxing hair.
Where is it made? (look underneath..) Since Dell doesn't make any of their laptops (Taiwanese companies like foxcon, etc..) The XFR has striking similarities with the Panasonic toughbooks. I wonder if they just contracted them; like Motorola did with their rugged ML910 (MIL-STD-810) laptops...
