turn them off, restart ur computer, then put them back up at your recommended settings. make sure its not to fast (have tit in between mid and fast). Hope this helped

@kylethemonkey1 When you go to control panal, you get the mouse op, that lets you increase the speed at which your mouse goes, if you change that in any way, the mouse keys mess up. >_<

@kylethemonkey1 BTW make sure to click OK then click Apply.

@kylethemonkey1 I meant have the the dot to where the mousekey's speed is set in between or lower than Mid and Fast so that its not to fast and doesn't mess up your runescape mousekey's speed.
