  • SCIENCE CAT

  • @hyperchick911 it actually should not hurt at all because the skin there is extra stretchy because the mother carries them like that with her teeth when the cub is young

  • The poor little guy

  • "Lana! LANA! LANAAAAAAAAA!"

    "WHAT"

    "He remembers me!"

  • @julianiswin lmao I already knew that from when I was like, 8. And everyone keeps telling me.

    It just looks funny.

  • that would really piss me off taking away the fun of sex for me

  • @lisaandtiki Implanting ocelot embryos into domestic cats is not common, & has never successfuly been performed. There are differences in the uterine environments, & the best environment to put an ocelot embryo into is an ocelot uterus. Extracting oocytes requires surgery, which is not w/o risks, so reducing the chance of the embryo developing by placing it in a domestic wouldn't help the endangered species. Also, cat births are low risk, so birthing harming the queen is not a concern.

  • the Brazilian Ocelot is sooooo cute!!!!!!

  • good video...I want that cat poster in the background ! haha its awesome

  • @sososorri

I know they have alot of skin there.

    I know all that.

It just looked funny to me. =/

  • @hyperchick911 nah it doesnt hurt. they hold it like that because thats how its mother would carry it around in the wild. lot of skin in that area.

  • @foosbeast

    Human children detest the doctor

  • That poor baby was freaking out...

  • @lisaandtiki Yes, this is a very common technique and has been around since the 90's. A domestic cat only provides the uterus and nutrients for the fertilized egg to grow, which is similar to an Ocelot's womb. It helps keeps endangered species alive without endangering the ones existing by putting them through birthing.

  • I really really hate how the kitten was held, the lady like, held onto its fur tightly, as I could tell. And it was probably meowing because it hurt. Shameeee. :(

But That little kitty was adorible. :)

  • shame... humans are soo bad....

  • can you plant a ocelot fertilizes egg in a domesticated cat ?

  • THE CUTENESS.....IT BURNSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!1

  • Awesome!!!!!! Congrats on another cute creature added to your park.
