I LOVE Toyota Iike the fact that they will take care of their problems ............ But Mr Toyoda, I hate the fact that research a development cant think outside the box. In some parts of america a car that is total electric will not work espically if you live 25 miles to get to the city, or to your first destination. Second I am mad as Hell that toyoda Estima hybrid or the Alphard Hybrid is not available for me as a consumer to purchase in my country of origin.. I live in the US I.

They recalled the 6 cylinder 2004 Highlander for the serpentine belt popping off due to a defect, it happened to my 04 Highlander while i was driving but Toyota claims this only happens to the 6 cyl & not the 4 cyl which I have....news for them it does happen to the 4 cyl cars, almost caused me to crash when I lost power steering while negotiating a curve in the road, they have yet to answer my e-mails.
