4409 -- Photo Radar FRAUD vs. We the People!

We interrupted this scam vans ability to fraud the public.

The driver is NOT innocent when he is in the act of commiting fraud upon the people. He is benefiting from the injustice.

Many if not ALL van drivers know this. I have van drivers on tape claiming they know it is wrong but they don't think about it after awhile.

If anything this van driver is certainly a co-conspirator to the fraud.

He doe NOT work for tempe police as he claims in the video. Not even under contract. The contract is with the city NOT the Police department.

Scam vans live in the statute world to claim their so called "right" to scam you. Why not use those statutes against them to beat them at their own game.

If the scam van is not flashing they are not making money.

Out of service = Out of business
