Actually it's 1)Charizard 2)Typhlosion 3)Blaziken 4)Infernape Haven't played Black and White, but pretty sure that starter is number 5.

1:Charizard (obviously)

2:Infernape (killer moves)

3.Typhlosion

4.Blaziken (too slow)

5:Emboar (a hipster)

@lions4life2 Charizard could beat all of these by default due to being part flying type but Infernape, Blaziken, and Emboar do have access to rock type moves. Fire + Flying = REALLY bad weakness against rock type moves. Infernape is also faster than Charizard. Speed Boost Blaziken might wreck Charizard as well. In the end, whether who wins the battle for best fire type really boils down to the EVs, IVs, movesets, stratagies, and even other Pokemon in the team.

Here's what I think:

My favorites:

1) Typhlosion 2) Charizard 3) Blaziken 4) Infernape 5) Emboar

Competitive wise however, I think the bests are:

1) Speed Boost Blaziken 2) Infernape 3) Solar Power Charizard 4) Blaze Blaziken 5) Blaze Charizard 6) Reckless Emboar 7) Typloshion 8) Blaze Emboar

Emboar is a bit too slow and until they release one officially with its dream world ability, it's not going to be as powerful as the others. It is actually quite usable in Trick Room teams though.

@ohmaigawsh Pokemon isnt fun when u dont play competitively, u just jellly that ur fav pokemon isnt ou. Competitive pokemon is the real deal. Memories are nothing but rubbish u remember from when u were a noob, or u might still be one. And when u say calculating nubs, do you mean us? Cause competitive isnt all calculations, some is opinion. I hate Noobs who hate on competitive battling cause their fav pokemon isnt ou.

Thysplosion isnt really good , all its famous for is eruption. Which heatran uses better. Infernape on the other hand has a great fighting type , better speed and way better atk and sp atk. There is no doubting that infernape has been the most successful starter out there. Thysplosion is nothing but a hm slave.

infernape does win there just battleing idiots who have stupid moves.as if flamethrower and close combat are the only moves infernape can learn.....
