  • BTW, you can get the the grinding stones you show alot cheaper from CC Specialty Tools, they are called CeramCut Blue mounted stones, they are the same thing and from the same supplier, just cheaper from CC.

  • Thanks for the shout out to CC Specialty Tools!! I get your approach with the Dremel, if someone is just gonna play around and do one cylinder head, just to see if they can do it, sure why not try a -D-remel. But if they intend to do more than that, or ever even think of doing it professionally like you do, they need to invest in at least a basic porting kit. If they have any intention of doing Transfer ports correctly they will need a Right Angle porting tool like the 1MC or 182AMC.

  • Great self confidence in porting now, cheers Ken :)

  • what about gasket matching?

  • can you make a video of x 18 pocket bike 110cc port and polishing pls

  • Dremals are more expensive than a second hand dentist drill , you just need an air compressor to run it, they are perfect for all the ports as they have a 90 degree angled head, they stay a lot cooler than a dremal too

  • Verry good vid! Thanks

  • when i do that i use a vacuum with a hose plugged in the other side of the port.

i have no chips on the zone i work on and i have no chips in the eyes or fingers too : )

  • I've been porting since I was 12 and let me tell you that you can mess your cylinder up quick,Ken is rite never go pass 1mm sleeve porting because if you go past 1mm and you do mess it up he can't fix it for you,if you stay within 1mm you should be good to go,ps Ken only charges $150 for a complete aggressive trail port and for all the time involved it's pretty cheap considering all the risks involved.

  • good video now i can do this miself !
