This is the second in a set of two videos by AllisonsBigToe.com that demonstrate the Chi Running after-running stretches. Video 2 shows: Hamstring, Adductor, Quadriceps, Lats. More descriptions of these can be found on pages 211-213 in the book "Chi Running" by Danny Dreyer. I do these stretches after every run in my Vibram FiveFinger KSO minimalist shoes.
