Vancouver Olympics: Georgian luger dies after horror crash

A massive protest is expected in Vancouver Friday on the opening day of the Olympic Winter. The residents of this hip, laid-back, economically strapped city are wondering why officials ever agreed to spend up to nearly $7 billion in taxpayer money for the place to endure commercialism, network intrusions and a surge of surveillance cameras. Some are saying the cash should have been used for social issues like helping Vancouver's homeless.
