  • you mean no fats & carbs together, not no carbs & protein...

  • What I understand the body digests food a lot easier if you don't eat carbs and protein together. However, I am not an expert on diets, and I know there are a lot of different takes out there on what to combine with what, no fats and carbs together is also one of them. My advice to everybody is to do your own research on that subject and make an informed choice! Good luck with that :)

  • a big reason people gain is from eating when they are bored. eating should not be entertainment, ask yourself if you are really hungry or just bored.

  • Hi Esther, I ran into your videos today and I'm excited to start trying yoga with you! But I have two questions, one, regarding this video, is this part 1 of weight loss? Because in the other 4 parts you're dressed differently so I'm confused... And second, when you have a series of videos, for example, yoga for beginners part 1, 2,3 etc, should I do all those videos in one day or do one each day? Thank you so much!

  • @yogatic Hey, great yoga videos, really enjoying them. I think you should however stay away from nutritional advice...in the example above you say 'no carbs and protein together' - this could not be more wrong. In order for protein to be best absorbed into the body there needs to be carbs present also.

    The best advice I would give people is to monitor your calorie intake, weight loss is actually quite straightforward - eat less Kcal than you use during the day and through exercise.

  • I noticed no matter what i ate.. just as long as you do yoga everyday.. i still manage to keep my weight.. if not i lose just a little bit..

    It's fine when you're not fat, chubs or too thin..

    So eat normally just do yoga everyday.. you'll be fine..

    Unless you're fat and want to loose weight. definitely change your diet

  • how I lost alot of weight is finding a sport which I really like and really committing myself to it when I tried doing just sit ups and press-ups I just got bored and wasn't losing much weight
