  • yes I know how hard it is trying to program these choirs. but you did a great job! Just some advice for next time, when programing the choirs it sounds a lot better if the piece is played played naturally rather than using quantize. Having experienced the programing myself I know this has taken you dozens of hours of programing and you have definitely written a very touching piece of music! You did a great job and I cant wait to hear what you will write next!!!

Great Writing! hear from you soon

Thanks for your post and comments! I'm glad you like the piece. My goal for my next work will be to play every line myself rather than allow Finale or a sequencer to "interpret" my piece mechanically.

  • Beautiful! You have done a very professional job with the EWQL Symphonic Choir samples!

I appreciate your comment, as it took many painstaking hours to achieve these results. And although the performance is not perfect, I had to force myself to stop fiddling with the details when I thought the result was satisfactory enough to communicate my intentions to choral directors.

  • @AugustChamplin Thanks August! Well I'm not just saying this but this is inspiring for me and I am definitely going to try to write something like this! Maybe ill write mine in Latin!? I srsly can't wait to hear what you come up with next!

  • @Thediegmyster

Yes, when listening to the music on your site, I could tell that you had played every line yourself. The results were convincing. You're inspiring me to raise the bar!

  • @Thediegmyster @2 Instruments and Choirs free hand .. it was really challenging but I think its more natural sounding to the ear and with everything not in sync to each other it feels more human! :) just my opinion! but I am definitely excited to hear what you will create next!

  • @AugustChamplin Just out of curiosity. You told me you use Sonar 8.5. Do you use Sonar to write your music or Finale? and If you use Finale are you creating sheet music for a choir to sing? You and I use the same DAW software!! If you ever need help figuring something out please let me know! I'd be glad to help you with anything in Sonar!!

I cant wait to hear what you write next! and I'm glad your taking my advice into consideration! on my latest video I experimented with playing all

  • @DiyaKendle

Thanks! I'm glad to hear you like it!

  • this is absolutely amazing !!
