Vegan diet... healthy or unhealthy... It doesn't matter, I do it for the animals, if I loose 10 years of my life so be it. But we all know it isn't true, a vegan diet is healthy. I see that as a bonus.

Howard is great, but I have to disagree with his comments about 89% of the American's wanting single payer.....
There is no way 89% of Americans want that....NO WAY!

The "Patriot Act" is THE MOST UNPATRIOTIC thing in this country. It destroys our Freedom of Speech and the right to protect our society from harm caused by our own government. They have tied our hands and taped our mouths.

This man is such an inspiration! I am a vegetarian on the path to becoming a vegan. If you like his speech, I HIGHLY reccomend his books: Mad Cowboy- Plain Truth from the Cattle Rancher who won't Eat Meat and No More Bull! His books are a very easy read.
I am from a family FULL of butchers. If you would have asked me a year ago, if I would become a vegetarian, I would have told you that you're crazy. IT IS THE BEST DESICION THAT I HAVE EVER MADE!!
