1 1/3 cups hot water, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 3/4 cups high gluten or bread flour only.1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, pinch of granulated sugar, 1 3/4 teaspoon dry yeast.Makes a 15- 16 inch pizza. This recipe can also made by hand.

  • The best results are obtained by using bread flour or high gluten flour. Businesses that make pizza professionally use high gluten. My family has used it for over 40 years in making pizza in our restaurants.

  • all purpose flour works just as fine
