  • The Doctrines of Grace should show humility in a person's life because they know that they are not the ones who chose God but the other way around! I love God and I embrace the Doctrines of Grace. I pray that you may stay humble and patient with people who may disagree with your position. God can work in their lives if He wills it!

  • To this we do agree. Amen

  • You said I have no idea as to the level of your love. Your words speak for themselves. Christians will be known by their love and if you honestly look at your speeach you have to see that. Tone down the rhetoric, you are representing the name of Christ and will stand in front of him in how you handlede his Word.

  • I don't suppose you've read the words of Christ to the religious folks of his day..."You hypocrite...You SNAKE...YOU BROOD OF VIPERS". Guess what? He still says the same things! and if Christ is truly in you....you would be saying the same things to the pharisees of your day. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever. As for judgment, you my friend will also be judged how rightly you divided the truth.

  • Brother you need to bring that arrogance down a notch. Even if some of our brother/sisters are misguided, refering to them or their statements as stupid, or idiotic is sinful. Give me a brother who has love and isnt perfect in thier doctrine as it pertains to election as opposed to someone who has good theology but no love. Listen to yourself brother, sounds you have little love.

  • Thanks for your comment; although it has no biblical grounds I'm still glad you had a place to share it.. Btw, you also have NO IDEA as to my level of love...but I digress. Grace and Peace.

  • The sad thing is, most Christians are convinced that Adam's ability to condemn the world was far greater than Christ's ability to justify all whom Adam's sin condemned. I find it mysterious that we had no "free will" in determining being born in sin, but somehow a "free will" appeard out of nowhere, and now we have to "choose" to be righteous. Orthodox Christianity is truly a religion of squared circles

  • Jesus went on to say how those who worked all day murmured against the vineyard owner because they expected those who didn't work as long as THEY did, to be paid much less. So it is with Christians today. The fact that ALL will eventually be saved,is much to the dismay of those who embrace the doctrine of eternal torment. Many are called, but few are chosen(Not few CHOOSE). God does the choosing of who will be His "Firstfruits" with Christ(James 1:18;Rev 14:4), and the rest will come in due time

  • Christ died on the cross to save us from sinning which leads to destruction and a less fulfillment life in this lifetime. Then we will miss out an age of pleasure with our FATHER but going through chastening and torment by the spiritual FIRE of GOD.

  • @NewDirection4us They wont be dead because death and hell be cast into the LOF which is the second death which is spiritual death not annihilation. Only their sinful nature will be destroyed by God's word.

  • We're not puppets

  • hmphhh I would hate to think that God inspired people to commit sucide to murder etc I do believe how we live our lives is up to us and therefore have free will

  • So are you therefore saying that rapists and murders are having God work through them? That's preposterous.

  • I agree with the points of Calvinism. But you can't use an english dictionary to define a biblical word. The word wasn't originally in English.

  • Thank you cadmancan. Jesus showed LOVE! What right do we have to judge? What right to WE have to call someone "idoitic" and "stupid"? As Christians, we need to show love, not hate. We need to show compassion, not judgement. We need to abide by the two greatest commandments instead of using harsh words heard by youtubers who could be anywhere in their walk with Christ.

It is sickening that we, as humans, can even begin to judge anyone's heart.

    Peace be with you, brother.

  • Heres my view on Hell - God is a just God and he knows the hart . He also knows justice .. You really think God doesn't know about those who never heard Christ ? This argument is not for christians but for God to create judgement ... I have read many NDE where many had a chance to call out for Christ even if they know him not . That right there tells me of a God who knows the hart and has the final say ...
