I have started to sungaze again, easier with spring sun than the long grey winter here ( Sweden) I thought about your video so came back to listen again.. I noted that while closing my eyes after sun gazing..there is distinct point of light, just cannot avoid, which in itself is a wonderful experience.

i never follow any HRM PROTOCAL or any other protocal

i do daily 1 hour sun gazing from first day according to my comfort

i am doing it from 3 months now my energy had increased i take only lunch,my mental problems had been gone.

i feel whole day energetic

I asked you to show me your scientific prooof that its safe adn not from the word of some idiots on the internet. I'm not talking about the "evidence" from some guy telling you on a video or you read on the internet that its safe . Show me REAL crediable scientific studies that have been done that say it's not harmful. I have mine , do you?

@deltafour1212 its almost like you want him to go blind just to be proven right, is it such a strange idea. your ignoring the evidence, if most damage comes from UV and there is no UV or almost none during the hour of setting and rising then how do you think they will be damaged exactly?

@Willowtable Following everything you hear is too simple, it take a little more courage to read some books learn about different cultures, speak to elders in the native american community and then decide for yourself how to live your life.I don't live my life according to what 'they' say.
