Eye of the world chapter 1 I made in maya, AE and SB for a class project. Its only version 1, Give me some feed back and let me know what you think. I plan on doing as many chapters as I can and am currently developing a fan based web site. More to come as I can get it done. GOOD TIMES!!!!

impressive.
anyway, things I would change:
the wood doesnt look scary at all. I imagine a DARK wood, black/green/brown colors, not the orange comic style.
Rand looks ugly, needs a smoother face.
the background trees suck, they destroy the illusion because the dont move correctly with the camera, replace them with some picture of mountains or something!

Yeah, this is kind of brilliant. I understand you can't make everything as smooth as you want being limited by the software but it was a very good interpretation of that scene. Whoever was doing the voice for Tam was awesome, very believable, I wish I could say the same for Rand's character. Oh and @CJNconor, why make Tam less masculine, he used to be a warrior in an army and even though he's older he's still a bad ass in the series.

Very good, can't wait for more. I would advise to make Rands father less masculine and Rands face more smooth.

also:
you should not blend in the text line-by-line, but kinda all at once, and then blend "but it was A beginning" below the whole thing, cause it belongs together to keep the meaning.

@TheHorsenation I agree with the trees. I was going to render everything at once but my macbook couldnt handle so I was stuck and had to use stills. I am working on it soon. Rigging a trolloc and going to animate him right now. Going to be SWEET!!!!
