What is this? Chinese Lantern,Orb, Plane or what? You decide. I thought it was a lantern but the flight of it changes direction yet the wind was blowing right to left on the footage then it just stays still.Lanterns are also square not round,well the ones i`ve seen anyway. I filmed this using a Yukon night vision. I`m not sure if the date is correct on the footage.You Can decide

It's an aircraft, probably a helicopter. You can see the strobes flashing as it takes off. The night-vision effect you're experiencing here is known as "blooming." It makes an object look much bigger and closer than it really is. The reason we don't hear it is because it's not really that close and as you mentioned, the wind is blowing right to left.
