Flying the EasyStar with aileron is great. No further changes on the plane.

motor: Permax 400

  • Hi guys and samhain4minga, I have a Futaba 6EX and I was wondering is it possible to have the easystar with aileron modification plus head tracking? How many channels does the modified easystar use?

So does that mean 6 channels - head tracking (2 channels) - rudder (1 channel) - flap (1 channel) - aileron (1 channel).

    This will work right?

    Thanks man.

  • sure the plane is cool. but the choice of music sucks

  • Get a new Cameraman!

  • I too have an easystar, fitted a brushless for extra climbing power, what difference does fitting ailerons make because it looks to fly the same with or without them to me???

  • Nice job! I just converted mine to ailerons too.

  • Great video!

One of those windless days to remember.

  • What a nice video - great choice of music too ....

how did you cut out the ailerons so cleanly? ... did you have to re-inforce them in anyway? .... what angle do they drop(max) .... what length ... do you use them as both airelons and flaps?

I'm an Easy Star flyer of course! ....
