02 Spanish lesson - Demonstrative adjectives (part 1): this & that

¡Hola estudiantes! En este video, we'll be learning about the singular form of demonstrative adjectives (this, that). Because of the gender in Spanish, when we use these as adjectives, there are two ways to say each.

this (este / esta)
that (ese / esa)
that [far away] (aquel / aquella)

from my understanding:

big desk (possibly teacher's or one you might have at home for a computer) = el escritorio

personal student desk = el pupitre
