Since in Black and White, Village Bridge has vocals in the background music, I'm hoping that in future Ruby and Sapphire remakes they use this song! It's one of my favorites from the entire series! <3

No. It only appears as a track on the Japanese Ruby and Sapphire Soundtrack. You will not hear vocals in any of the games.
