  • I'm never impressed by this guy's coaching. In 10 years time I'll have far surpassed him.

  • When I was that age, the medicine balls were way bigger!

    Good lesson on how to use your body to generate the engery to throw the ball further.

  • The ball is too heavy. There is a good chance of injury here. I would not advise training like this for children of this age group. How old are they? clearly this ball is too heavy.
