Thurop and I have been friends for a long time and he was gracious enough to do the interview for Backstage Business. The key to getting a Skype interview with someone who is extremely busy like Thurop is to let them BRIEFLY know why you want to chat via Skype, how long you expect to chat, what you're going to do with the information you chat about. Thurop is very passionate about empowering artists. Since my interview with him focused on that he was happy to do it.
