Hello My Cyber Kittens. I am trying to get back to having Wednesdays as a workout /exercise day now that I've been given the 100% bill of clean health from my dr. after my arm shoulder and neck injury.

  • @ElektraKnight then I think that we should first concentrate on shredding those fats? instead of building muscles on tummy. If we do that the tummy will increase and it will make it lil worst.
