How could anyone with an IQ above 100 possibly believe that Karen Finney won this debate? She resorted to the same school yard taunting that liberals always resort to when cornered by facts. Ron Christie is correct when he points out that part of the president's role has evolved to push for certain types of legislation. Of course Ron Christie knows that the actual bill has to be submitted by a member of Congress! Presidents, Democrats and Republicans, routinely outline a legislative agenda.
