My only complaints about the techniques are: firstly defenses v both step-through right and left overhands should be specifically taught, that parrying block isn't wise to use against a big strong guy,it completely ignores the other hand,and the press down of the attacking overhand punch is very difficult when the punch is delivered with power.
No seriously, I miss training and I need a good Kenpo dojo again. I'm a first degree brown belt in Kosho Ryu Kenpo, and I haven't trained at a dojo in over 5 years...but that stuff never really leaves the muscle memory--it just gets a bit rusty.

I always enjoy how Prof Serrano always throws in an extra strike or three at the end of the technique . . .

brush my non hair LOL! Learning form 4 now and really liking this technique although that groin shot is not my favorite part.
