my first crush was in first grade, my the first time i fell in love with someone, was in 7th grade.

Well in Year 6 i was going out with a girl and thinking about her all the time but meh thats just me.

nah, this sort of things isnt by choice. you feel these ways naturally. Trying to make a person inhibit and be ashamed of these feelings is damaging. they should be let to play and express their emotions.
Just let them know that they should hold off of having sex until they can work to support a family :)
