i thought macro photography must mount ur camera on a tripod to get tack sharp images?if any little single movement will ruin the images :(

when using a flash in dim light.....the duration of the flash exposure actually becomes the effective shutter speed.....assuming you've eliminated most of the ambient light....good luck.....don

just a couple of thoughts, was there any problem with the auto focus under such low light and great job on hand held macro shots..they are hard!

No problem this time....the auto-focus assist lite helped. but, on occasions when the ambient's too low, i simply light the subject with a small LED flashlight, and manually focus.....thanx....don
