Just quickly put together some clips of me in gym hitting the weights.

Do note that my personal advise is against doing all 4 exercise in 1 gym session. You can try doing either squats or deadlifts and either military or bench.

  • You're not even squatting properly.... you couldn't do that weight on a proper squat :L
