I need help every time i tin it it just melts on the hole tip what am i doing worng i dont have a full soldering kit yet and im trying to learn how to solder the youtube way and with bad computer boards

ANYONE soldering reguarly MUST have good ventilation in the room, the best way is a ducted exhaust extraction set up. A handy person can set such a thing up themselves. Have a duct opening right next to the work, a fan within (a hydroponic shop can supply one) and a large diameter pipe exeting the building. THE FUMES ARE TOXIC
