  • let me know how it goes. usually, the hip rotators get de-activated as well as other muscles such as your glute medius. those are the ones that help keep your knees in proper alignment. when those muscles are not functioning well, they create improper tracking of your knees. through time, your knees go through a lot of wear and tear. these simple exercises allow the strengthening of your glutes to keep the integrity of your knees.
