thank you for your insightful and very articulate advice. my ex just jumped into another relationship 2 weeks after we broke up and it devastated me. i'm glad that i didnt go that way and i've been to work on myself on my own. =)

AWWWWW. I feel like I have been in a rebound relationship with a man on the rebound for almost a year now. I feel sad.

Well it's now been 3 months, and it's felt like 3 years to be honest. I can't get him put of my mind, he's always there in my dreams, and I sometimes cry for no reason. I feel completely numb from the inside... I would like some advice on how I can brake the silence

He said that he was sorry for hurting me and that he wouldn't do it again, he said that it would be best to cut all contact with me and that it wasn't my fault. He said that he has nothing to put into a relationship. But he use to tell me that when he left his girlfriend, he couldn't cope so he got into another relationship.

He had told my mums boyfriend that he wasn't Jamie and that he was called "Adam" and that he didn't know a Jamie. When he called me (on withheld) I asked why did he lie? He couldn't give me a proper answer... Well a week later he emailed me saying that he wanted to speak to my mum, he couldn't get through to my mum so he emailed me this

And yes we did have our ups and downs, but after this holiday, he told me that there was no internet connection so he wouldn't be able to email. Well during that week he emailed me asking how I was Ect.. So I went home and looked up his IP address and found out he was home, later that night we drove passed his house and knocked on his door
