The reality is that under the conditions of Jesus' birth, today we would have considered Him an "at risk child." Born to a single mother, in a barn, in a feed trough. No medicine, no doctor nor midwife, just Joseph, smelly animals and an unclean delivery room. When Jesus calls on us saying, "When you do this unto the least of these..." in Matt 18:5 I believe He says it also with a first hand experience of being the least of these.

Is it possible to shorter the video a bit? 3 mins is a bit too much for focus span.
Also, tt might be even better to put a video on the holt international website. Although the holt website is very informational and well designed, adding some interactive feature might be helpful such as a video. Maybe each month the marketing team can update change the video every month or every 2-3 months.
