Since we have limited funds,

I hope you will forgive my lack of sympathy for people who catch Sexually transmitted maladies.

I would rather invest my tax dollars in research for illnesses which people are innocent victims, if you want to smoke or have sex in bathroom stalls, hey, it's free country but!....you are on your own.

i get what your trying to say.. but you have to remember that there are a lot of people out there that did'nt have a choice of getting hiv/aids. there are women who are raped, tainted blood transfusions ect.. But i know what you mean. i do think that money should go towards hiv/aids for those people who are dying because of something that was forced apoun them. Thanks for the comment.

HIV is a form of AIDS, pretty much HIV is AIDS. It's just the beginning stages of aids. hiv is very treatable and if untreated it will progress to aids. aids developes in the body when there is no more tcell count in your blood, when there is no tcell in your blood then you body has no way to fight the disease therefore it then becomes aids. aids can also be treated very well now, but back in the day, it was deffinatly a deathwish to have aids or hiv.

hiv kills the tcell in the blood which then progresses the virus into full blown aids. then when someone has aids, they have no imune system left, therefore, aids isnt what kills the person, a simple cold or the flu is what kills them since they have no immune system to fight the infection. so to answer your question, there are many studies that deffinatly proves that hiv does progress into aids if not treated.

I made this to open peoples eyes about having unprotected sex and there are alot of people out there that say "oh well, we dont need a condom." I understand that someone can deffinatly live a good life with HIV by taking care of themselves. I made this to push as harsh as a reality as possible, just something to make that one person think for a second, then I completed my purpose of this video.. But thanks for commenting.

DO NOT FORGET that if you have HIV and continue to have unprotected sex,you can be infected by HIV 2 as well and the survival rate for people who are infected by more than one type of HIV is poor!

As 4 the antiretrovirals that are used 2 treat HIV/AIDS, they're better than dying of untreated HIV/AIDS or its mutant strains, but they also have horrendous side effects. And the infected person can't just skip it 'just this once' either because HIV itself can and does mutate into strains that can't B treated as easily. Good care is a help as well, but it's a death wish 2 say 'I wish I had AIDS.' We still don't have a cure or a vaccine, so 4 the sexually active, it's condoms or go solo.

NOBODY deserves 2 B infected by HIV-1, HIV-2, or any of its many, potentially deadly and drug-resistant mutations! These deadly mutations are why more money should be spent on destroying HIV once and 4 all! It is NOT the infected person's fault if he or she is infected, however the infection was contracted! But it IS the infected person's responsibility to not infect others and ours 2 make sure we don't get infected if we are not infected! Fuck all the AIDS denialists and the heartless ones!
