  • this game was great. I wish they made a new one.

  • @tatripp Me too, if only Factor 5 were still around they would probably be the only studio capable of doing justice to Tie Fighter.

  • If i ever play this game, its with the music muted.

  • @Danaceb Poor generic star wars music, how overused you have become...

  • The best video game I ever played in my life. Hands down. It stole my heart

  • Ahh the glory days of TIE Fighter... I should see if I can scrounge up an old DOS collector's edition CD-ROM and get it to run with DOSBox.

  • classic is the only word permitted when discussing this game

  • Best Star Wars game ever.

  • One of the best games, ever. Seriously. I'm not kidding.

  • TIE fighter is very fun to play has great gameplay, a nice story ... what else do can anyone want from a game? It is simply great !

All hail the emperor! Kill the rebel scums! :-P

  • I am traing get this game for years. I have only dos version. Tie Fighter(Game) is great. Better than x-wing.

  • @tatripp

There's a new one in progress from the fans for the fans: Fate of the Galaxy. :)

  • I believe that they are going to be reproducing the game. :)

  • The soundtrack on the CD version was ass. It was little more than re-hashed scores from the movies. However the floppy disc version is where it is at! I highly recommend everyone try the original floppy disc version. The graphics are not as great, but then music ques when certain events happen are astonishing.
