@SuperToastytoast True. And I do envy that. However Disneyworld has a better and a longer Haunted Mansion which compensates for it.

i was thinking of getting this camera, but why is it choppy? making me twice not buying this camera

It's actually a bug in You Tube. The video isn't really choppy. Try scrubbing to the very beginning in HD mode and it should play fine.
