Members of the second panel are: Chief Paul Maniscalco, Senior Research Scientist and Principal Investigator at the George Washington University's Homeland Security Policy Institute, Ms. Laura Rockwood, Principal Legal Officer at the International Atomic Energy Agency, Mr. Henry Schuster, a Producer at 60 Minutes and CBS, and Mr. Michael Carter, Deputy Principle Associate Director for Programs/Global Security at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories.
