I really liked this video, this is the type of movement I strive for in my training. I was just thinking about the question you asked on the Sydney Parkour forum and gathered a larger understanding of what the question meant.

thank you, my ideals have changed slightly but I still believe in what I said you know. We can all do so much, we just need to give ourselves to what we do.

first of all physical conditioning, no movement, at first, just general and specific exercise for this style of movement and hopefully coaching/guidence from other more experience practicitoners and capable coaches. Where are you based? Drop me a message.

"Fluidity" is an overused word and counts for little, Belle said himself, when a panther crosses a river and someone says it looks beautiful, its not trying to be beutiful, it just comes through the love and dedication to its practice. Train hard and it will come
