  • im just a couple of days pregnant should i wait until im 3 month spregnant to exersice?? or can i start right now i dont want to gain weigth im hoping to mantain my weight my first pregnancy i gain 60 pounds because i thougt by eating more the better for my baby happens i was WRONG!! so can i start now ?and how strong of an exercise can i do?? thank you very much!!
