Commercial Group's Credit Control Manager had her long hair chopped for charity. The Little Princess Trust makes wigs for youngsters who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment. It takes 10 pony tails to make 1 wig - so the charity totally relies on the generosity and goodwil of the public to donate their hair.

  • @Pinkcarrally I did it I have a video off my phone uploaded to here when I got it cut :) thank you for your help

  • Well done, Julie. And your new shorter hair-style looks FAB :-)

  • @Butterfly79797 Dyed hair is accepted by the Little Princess Trust. If you google them and go onto their website, you will need to click on the donate tab and it will tell you all about hair donations.

  • The other commenter I agree with, cutting your hair short seems to be like an aging rite of passage, my mom is 61 and has long blond hair. She looks much younger but still appropriate. It was for a good cause though so much respect for you :)) I wanted to donate too when I cut my hair but the lady at the salon told me no dyed hair.

  • Did they accept your hair because it looks like it's been dyed and it says they won't accept dyed hair mines dyed and I want to donate mine i was just wondering
