I have a medium-to-mild case of hereditary Reynaud's. Not especially fun. Mostly it worries me because I moved to a cold climate a few years ago and it's starting to cause damage to my toes...

Raynaud's is a horribly painful disease. I have had it for 12 years. Meds no longer work, so I'm taking herbal suppliments and vitamins. Heating herbs, like cayenne and ginger, or garlic seem to help.

Ah,yeah. I see it. I have raynaud's too,it is pretty dang annoying!
Apparently not even visible on some screens. There's a similiar (more visible, less temperature drop) one at google videos under the same name, but it's also just a quick illustration. Sorry if y'all were expecting to see color changes and all that; maybe next winter I'll do a proper one.
